Office Assistant
This position requires someone to work as our office assistant to executives. Duties will include answering inbound phone calls from customers (3 phone lines), calling customers to schedule service appointments, filing, emailing, light cleaning and organizing. The ideal candidate will have extraordinary communication skills, excellent computer skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude. This position is part time or full time. We would like a set schedule of 4-6 hours / 5 days a week or 8 hours / 3 days a week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel--Quickbooks is a plus
• Fast Learner
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
• Ability to display and maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
• Superior attention to detail, multi-tasking, and follow up ability
• Solid understanding of the geography of Columbus, Ohio and surrounding neighborhoods, including major highways and roads

Garage Door Technician/Installer

DOOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN
General duties include the repair and installation of overhead sectional doors, roll-up doors, fire doors, commercial gates, and residential doors and openers. Storefront/man door repairs or installation includes ADA compliant doors, sliding automatic door,s and manual doors.

We will be hiring a technician that can work on storefront or overhead doors. If you know or want to do both, even better.

The position includes a company vehicle during business hours, tools, uniforms. Hours vary based on workload but no less than 40 hours per week. The ability to work overtime is a must. Attention to detail is important and the ability to fill out paperwork is also required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• General background in the door industry is recommended but not required.
• General mechanical and electrical knowledge beneficial.
• Basic skills with hand and power tools.
• Valid Driver's license and insurance.
